护理人员对中风偏瘫循经指针点按疗法认知调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the nursing staffs ＆#39; cognition on click therapy stroke hemiplegia tired pointer

目的：调查分析护理人员对中风偏瘫循经指针点按疗法认知情况,为中风偏瘫患者运动功能康复提供相关信息。方法选择本院和广西7家县级中医院针灸康复科、内科共200名护理人员进行中风偏瘫循经指针点按疗法认知情况问卷调查。结果11.5%的护理人员掌握指针点按疗法治疗中风偏瘫的技术,18.5%的护理人员知道指针点按疗法能产生与针刺治疗同样的效应,11.5%的护理人员掌握指针点按疗法治疗中风偏瘫的穴位选择,11.5%的护理人员能把握指针点按疗法治疗中风偏瘫的适应证,9.5%的护理人员知道其操作禁忌证,7.5%的护理人员掌握指针点按疗法治疗中风偏瘫的操作手法。结论护理人员对中风偏瘫循经指针点按疗法认知不到位,可通过加强培训和考核措施来提升其护理操作能力。

Objective To invegstigate the nursing staffs ＇ cognition on click therapy stroke hemiplegia tired pointer, so as to provide related informations for the rehabilitation of motor function of hemiplegic patients. Methods A total of 200 cases of nursing staffs from acupuncture and rehabilitation department and internal medicine in our hospital and 7 county-level hospital of TCM received the questionnaire survey on the cognition of click therapy stroke hemiplegia tired pointer. Results There were 11. 5% of the nursing staffs mastered the techonology of click therapy stroke hemi-plegia tired pointer, 18. 5% of the nursing staffs understood the same effect of click therapy stroke hemiplegia tired pointer and acupuncture therapy, 11. 5% of the nursing staffs mastered on the election of point, 11. 5% of the nursing staffs understood the indication of click therapy stroke hemiplegia tired pointer, 9. 5% of the nursing staffs understood the contraindication of the therapy, 7. 5% of the nursing staffs mastered on the operation of click therapy stroke hemi-plegia tired pointer. Conclusions The nursing staffs have a low congnition on click therapy stroke hemiplegia tired pointer. The nursing staffs＇ operating skills should be improved through strengthen the training and evaluation measures.
