A Study on the Relationship between Oxidative Stress and Graves' Disease

摘要 目的:检测Graves病患者血清氧化应激指标的变化,探讨甲亢与氧化应激的关系。方法:选择本院门诊及住院符合甲亢临床及实验检查确诊的患者60例作为Graves病组(观察组,B组)及同期健康对照者30例作为正常对照组(对照组,A组)。其中B组按照甲状腺激素水平各分为两组:B1组:正常值<f T3<10 pg/mL 30例;B2组:f T3>30 pg/mL 30例。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测和比较各组血清甲状腺激素、硝基酪氨酸、共轭双烯水平。结果:与对照组相比,Graves病甲亢患者体内硝基酪氨酸、共轭双烯水平增高((P<0.01);正常对照组与B1组、正常对照组与B2组、B1组与B2组相比较,硝基酪氨酸、共轭双烯水平有差别,即甲状腺激素水平相对较高者氧化应激程度较高(P<0.05);硝化酪氨酸与年龄、f T3、f T4呈显著正相关,共轭双烯与年龄、f T3、f T4呈显著正相关。结论:Graves病甲亢患者体内氧化应激水平随甲状腺激素水平不同而变化。 Objective: To observe the levels of oxidative stress in the patients with Graves' disease and investigate the relationship between oxidative stress and Graves' disease. Methods: In this study, 60 cases of patients admitted in the Health Examination Center and Endocrine Division I ward of the first hospital of Harbin from December 2014 to September 2015 with Graves' disease were selected as GD group(observation group, group B), 30 cases of healthy control were selected as the control group(group A). According to the level of thyroxine hormone, group B was further divided into group B1 (normal value〈fT3〈10 pg/mL) and group B2 (fT3〉30 pg/mL). ELISA was performed to detect and compare the serum thyroxine hormone, nitrotyrosine and conjugated dienes levels. Results: The serum Nitrotyrosine, Conjugated dienes of GD groups were distinctly increased than that in the control group(P〈0.01). The serum Nitrotyrosine, Conjugated dienes were increased distinctly in the group B2 than in the group B1 (P〈0.01). The oxidative stress had important relationship to the thyroxine hormone level, age, fT3, fT4 were very significantly positively correlated with Nitrotyrosine and Conjugated dienes. Conclusions: The oxidation level of patients with Graves' disease increased with the enhancement of thyroxine hormone level.
