摘要
采用正交试验法,试验研究了树脂加入量、固化剂加入量等因素对树脂砂的常温强度、环境温度、环境湿度、可使用时间和发气量等方面的影响,并根据试验结果,确定了一种快速成型用改性酚醛树脂与固化剂的最佳配比。
The effect of addition amounts of resin and solidifying agent, ambient temperature and ambient humidity on performances such as room strength, usable life, and gas generation amount of resin bonded sand was investigated by using an orthogonal test method. On the basis of the investigated results, an optimum ratio of modiifed Bakelite for fast molding to solidifying agent has been determined.
