摘要
对有缺陷的2.25Cr-1Mo合金钢铸件进行了返修焊接,随后进行了局部热处理而非整体热处理。结果表明,经局部焊后热处理的2.25Cr-1Mo合金钢铸件的抗弯强度、冲击韧度和硬度等力学性能及显微组织均符合技术要求。
Defective castings, made of 2.25Cr-1Mo alloy steel, were rewelded, and then subjected to local heat treating in place of the integral casting being heat treated. The results show that the 2.25Cr-1Mo alloy steel castings subjected to rewelding and local heat treating exhibited acceptable mechanical properties such as bending strength, impact toughness and hardness as well as microstructure.
