闽西斯氏并殖吸虫新疫区的调查 被引量:7

The investigation of a new epidemic area of Pagumogonimus skrjabini in Minxi region, Fujian province

摘要 目的调查龙岩市新罗区并殖吸虫病疫源地的虫种和宿主。方法以患者为线索,于2015年10月收集螺蟹和野外猫、犬粪便标本,利用常规法检查并殖吸虫尾蚴、囊蚴和虫卵。结果新罗区五星村为旅游点,检查放逸短沟蜷98只,拟小豆螺32只,建瓯拟钉螺5只,未查及尾蚴。第2中间宿主福建华溪蟹,感染斯氏并殖吸虫囊蚴,感染率达31.43%(22/70),阳性蟹和蟹组织携带囊蚴数分别为1.64个/只和0.21个/g。结论龙岩市新罗区福建华溪蟹斯氏并殖吸虫感染率较高,建议评估对其防控的必要性。 Objective To investigate the species and host of Paragonimus in Xinluo district of Longyan city. Methods The cercaria, metacercaria, and eggs of Paragonimus were inspected respectively in snails, crabs and wildcat feces, using clues from patients in October, 2015. Results As a tourist site, Wuxing village of Xinluo district was found as P. skrjabini epidemic area. Cerxaria was not found from 98 Semisulcospira libertine, 32 Bythinella and 5 Tricula jianouensis. Sinopotamonfuji(mense were infected by P. skrjabini metaeercaria, as the second intermediate hosts. The infection rate was 31.43% (22/70). The number of metacercaria were 1.64 per positive crab and 0.21 gram of crab tissues, respectively. Conclusion The P. skrjabini infection rate was very high in S. Jhjianensis in Xinluo district. It may need further assessment on the control of S. fujianensis to prevent P. skrjabini infection in this area.
