摘要
为掌握大容量铅酸蓄电池电解液液面高度波动的变化规律,研究了蓄电池不同时率充放电过程中液面高度的变化情况,对试验结果进行了分析研究。结果表明蓄电池电解液液面波动主要是充放电过程中硫酸及水的转化造成的,充电末期电解水大量氢气氧气的产生、附着及溢出也是造成电解液液面波动的另一重要因素。其它如蓄电池极群的装配比、正负极板的孔率、充电制度、环境温度等也是影响蓄电池电解液液面高度的因素。
In order to find out the reasons for fluctuating of electrolyte level of high capacity battery, the change of electrolyte level of different rate during the charge and discharge process is studied. The test data are analyzed. The test results show that main reason which causes the fluctuating of height of electrolyte level is the conversion between the H2SO4 and H2 O, and the another reason is the bubble adhering to the surface of electrodes. The other reasons which cause the fluctuating of height of electrolyte level are the reduction ration of plate group, the porosity of the plate, the charge method, environment temperature and so on.
