矫正契约化模式建构的整体思路是建构主义的。罪犯矫正契约化本身既是意识、理念、观念、精神、信仰等意义上虚的、被泛化的一种隐喻,又是一种具有自我强制力、约束力和执行力的实在的、具体的制度。契约治理理论和公共社会治理理念共同构成了罪犯矫正契约化模式的理论框架。罪犯矫正契约化模式的内在品质体现在体制、机制和主体三个层面,具有主体平等性、合作性、协调性、可操作性和有秩序性等外显特征。

The whole idea of the contract correction pattern construction is constructivism. The concrete system of the offender contract itself is consciousness,ideas,concepts,spiritual,beliefs virtual sense; a metaphor is a generalization,but also a self-force,binding and execution system. Contract governance theory and the concept of public social governance constitute the theoretical framework of the offender contract correction mode. Internal conduct of offender contract correction pattern is reflected in three levels of institutions,mechanisms and body,with endures significant features,including body equality,cooperation,coordination,operational and order nature.
