摘要
针对新入所强戒人员普遍存在的心理自卑、适应不良、戒毒动机不强等特点,我们对其开展了"阳光自我"团体心理辅导。本辅导以"阳光自我"为主题,运用丰富多样的团体活动,调动强戒人员的积极性,引导强戒人员进行自我探索,纠正自我认识偏差,提升戒毒动机与自信心。
Facing the features of widespread psychological inferiority, maladjustment, and the poor motivation of the newly entranced personnel, we launched the ＂Sunshine self＂ Group Counseling. This tutorial takes the ＂Sunshine self＂ as the theme, uses a variety of group activities, mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and strong ring, guide ring strong staff self - exploration, to correct the self - awareness in deviation, and enhance the detoxification confidence and motivation.
