狗蚁草化学成分鉴别及总生物碱对HSC-T6细胞增殖的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:考察狗蚁草乙醇提取物的化学成分并研究其总生物碱对大鼠肝星状细胞(HSC-T6)增殖的影响。方法:对乙醇提取物的化学成分进行鉴别并采用系统溶剂法提取分离狗蚁草乙酸乙酯部位。采用MTT法对狗蚁草乙酸乙酯部位过硅胶柱后获得的总生物碱对HSC-T6细胞增殖的影响进行检测。结果:检查项目中黄酮、酚类、香豆素、内酯类、三萜类、甾体、生物碱项出现正反应现象。总生物碱对HSCT6细胞增殖的半抑制浓度为68.3μg·mL-1。结论:狗蚁草中可能含有黄酮、酚类、香豆素、内酯类、三萜类、甾体、生物碱等化学成分,且狗蚁草总生物碱在体外对HSC-T6细胞增殖有显著抑制作用。 Objective: To study the chemical composition of the Ethanol extract of Alysicarpus vaginalis (L.) DC. and the effect of master alkaloid to the hepatic stellate cells (HSC-T6) proliferation. Methods : Using the system of different parts of polar solvent separation method to extract ethyl acetate of Alysicarpus vaginalis(L. )I)C. and the chemical composition of the ethanol extract were identifide. Master alkaloids from ethyl acetate extract silica gel column was used by the MTT assay to obtain its impact on the HSC- T6 cells. Results : flavonoids, phenols, eoumarin, lactones, triterpenes, steroids, alkaloids entry appears positive response to the phenomenon from the check project. The inhibitory concentration of the master alkaloids was 68.3.3μg/ml to HSC-T6 cell prolifera- tion. Conclusion. Alysicarpus Vaginalis (L.)DC. may contain flavonoids, phenols, coumarin, lactones, triterpenes, steroids, al- kaloids and other chemical components and vitro HSC-T6 cell proliferation was significantly inhibited by master alkaloids of Alysi- carpus vaginalis (L.)DC.
