活塞环表面镀铬与激光微织构的复合工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了从实际加工的角度探究表面镀铬工艺和激光微织构工艺经济有效的结合方式,以某单缸柴油机压缩环为研究对象,结合镀铬和激光微织构两种表面加工工艺的特点,通过系列工艺试验确定合理的加工顺序和加工参数。结果表明:先表面镀铬后激光加工的工艺顺序更为合理;当激光脉冲频率为1 600 Hz、单脉冲能量达到0.4 m J时能够在硬铬涂层表面加工出凹坑;选取合理的激光加工参数后,活塞环外圆面能够形成直径为21.43-89.49μm,深度为2.42-11.98μm的圆形凹坑;在合适的脉冲能量和脉冲次数条件下,凹坑直径仅与单脉冲能量有关,凹坑深度只由脉冲次数决定。研究结果为探索在活塞环上应用复合表面加工技术的可行性提供了参考,也为表面织构从理论成果拓展到实际应用奠定了基础。 To investigate the economical and effective combination processing of chromium plating and laser surface texturing, the compression ring of a diesel engine was selected and subsequently a series of process test was conducted to confirm the feasibility and/or to determine the processing pa-rameters based on features of good abrasive performance from both surface technologies. It was found that the processing sequence on the ring face was determined as chromium plating then following la-ser texturing. The obtained results showed that micro-dimples can be formed on the hard chrome coating using laser with 1 600 Hz laser frequency and at least 0. 4 mJ pulse energy. The diameter of circular cavities ranges from 21. 43 μm to 89. 49 μm when the depth from 2. 42 μm to 11 . 98 μm with stated laser pulse processing parameters. Meanwhile, diameter is linearly dependent on pulse energy and depth only related to pulse number. The research results provide reference for composite processing technology on the piston ring, determining the sequent machining parameters for the com-posite coatings and applying theoretical achievements of surface texture into piston ring.
