兴义市实施“三化一业”的现状与对策

"三化一业"是兴义市发展县域经济的具体战略,是地方在政治稳定、推进城乡一体化等方面的前提和基础。实施十余年,因历史负债过多和基础薄弱等多方原因而成效不显著。在实施中"三化一业"还存在一些较深层次的困惑,主要表现为:农业生产经营小规模同大市场不相适应、旅游资源丰富同基础配套建设不足等六个方面的关系与问题。就这些关系问题提出处理与化解的建议措施,推进"三化一业"进程,促进城乡一体化和推动兴义市县域经济的发展。
