河南省特色小城镇发展模式探析

小城镇,大战略。由于自然条件、经济产业以及社会文化等方面的差异,河南省特色小城镇在发展过程中已初步形成了特色工业企业集群发展模式、特色旅游产业集群发展模式、商贸物流产业集群发展模式、交通枢纽产业集群发展模式、社会文化产业集群发展模式等不同类型。不同地区以及特色小城镇发展的不同阶段,往往以某一动因为主,其他动因为辅,综合作用而形成。因地制宜,选择重点小城镇进行特色培育、重点建设,形成增长极,以带动周围农村地区发展。

Small towns need big strategies. Because of differences in natural conditions, economic industry and social culture, characteristic industrial clusters model, special tourism industry cluster model, trade logistics industry cluster model, transport hub of industrial cluster model, social and cultural industry cluster model have been preliminarily formed in the process of characteristics small towns development in Henan province. Characteristic small town development in different stages and in different areas tends to give priority to a main reason and other complementary drivers, and forms comprehensive function. It is important to adjust measures to local conditions, select key to realize cultivation and key construction of small towns, and form growth pole to drive the surrounding rural area development.
