东北三省“四化”发展的协调性研究

The Coordination Development of Four Modernizations in Three Northeastern Provinces

构建东北三省"四化"发展水平指标体系,采用耦合协调度模型探索了东北三省"四化"发展之间的协调发展状态。发现:东北三省的四化发展的整体性水平不高;四化协调发展总体处于中度失调状态,辽宁省东南部四化协调发展水平相对较高,处于濒临失调状态在城乡转型发展的新时期,推动东北三省四化协调发展需提高四化的整体发展水平,并针对协调发展水平低的地区因地制宜地制定措施,以期四化协调得到更好地发展。

Construction of the three provinces in Northeast China ＂four modernizations＂ index system of development level, the coupling coordination degree model to explore the state of coordinating development between the three provinces in Northeast China ＂four modernizations＂ development. Found that the three provinces in Northeast China＇s four modernizations development overall level is not high; four coordinated development overall in the moderate state of imbalance, Liaoning Province in southeastern four coordinated development level is relatively high, in the endangered imbalance state in the transformation of urban and rural development in the new period, promote northeast three provinces and four coordinated development need to improve the overall level of development of the four modernizations, and the low levels of the coordinated development of regions according to local conditions, formulate measures, the harmonious of the four modernizations, get a better development.
