男性酒依赖患者孤独感与社会支持状况分析

Analysis of Loneliness and Social support condition of Male Alcohol dependence

目的：探讨酒精依赖患者孤独感与社会支持状况。方法：对2015年03月～2015年10月在青岛市精神卫生中心门诊及住院治疗的60例男性酒依赖患者采用情绪-社交孤独问卷（ESLI）、社会支持评定量表（SSRS）和自编的基本情况调查问卷,对酒依赖患者进行调查,并与60例健康对照者比较。结果：酒依赖患者的情绪孤独评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）;社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持及支持利用度评分均显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：男性酒依赖患者存在孤独感,获得社会支持比正常人群低,应给予积极的支持和心理干预。

Objective：To investigate loneliness and social support condition among male alcohol dependence. Methods：Totally 60 alcohol dependence receiving treatment in in-patient and out-patient form Qingdao Mental Health Center were recruited form March 2015 to October 2015. The subjects were investigated by Emotional-Social Loneliness Inventory（ ESLI） 、Social Support Rating Scale（ SSRS） and self-made questionnaire,and compared with 60 of healthy controls.Results：scores of emotional loneliness among male alcohol dependence was significantly higher than the control group（P 〈0. 01）,The total scores of social support,objective support,subjective support and support utilization degree among alcohol dependencewere significantly lower than the control group（P〈 0. 01）.Conclusion： Male alcohol dependence exists loneliness,social support is lower than the general population,should give active support and psychological intervention.
