摘要
水利设施建设在一些农村地区,直接影响到当地的农业生产。部分土地由于自身地理位置限制,导致长期受到干旱的困扰,尤其是近些年来粮食价格和产量逐渐下跌,对农田进行充分的灌溉,建设相应的水利设施是必然选择。以往的水利设施多数由政府出资兴建,但是数量和规模远远满足不了农业生产需求,在此背景下,民办水利模式应运而生,同时也是新形势下的以此勇敢尝试和探索。由此,文章主要就龙江县新兴民办数理模式进行分析,结合实际情况,客观阐述民办水利设施的作用和优势。
The construction of water conservancy facilities affects directly the local agricultural production in some villages. Limited by self geographic location,partial lands have been affected by drought for a long time,especially in recent years,and the price and yield of grain were dropped year by year. Full irrigation to the farmlands and construction of corresponding water conservancy facilities are necessary choice. Most of the former water conservancy facilities were funded by the government,however,the number and scale couldn't meet the demands of agricultural production,in this context,the private water conservancy model came into being,at the same time,also brave to try and explore the new situation. Therefore,this paper mainly analyzed the new private mathematical model in Longjiang County,in combination with the facts,described objectively the roles and advantages of private water conservancy facilities.
