某型号共轨喷油器性能提升研究

摘要 为了所匹配柴油机能够满足日益严格的排放及燃油消耗法规,需要对目前使用的中重型卡车用共轨喷油器进行技术升级。本文分析了喷油器喷射精度、开启响应、喷油量线性及可靠性方面的提升点,通过模拟计算及试验方法,提出并验证了技术升级方案。结果表明,经技术升级后,喷油器在性能及可靠性上有了明显的提高。 To meet increasingly strict air pollution and fuel consumption regulation, one common rail injector used in medium or heavy duty vehicle needs to be updated. The problem regarding on injection quantity accuracy, open delay, quantity linear and reliability was analyzed. Technology optimization is proposed and validated using simulation and experimental methods. The results show that the per- formance and reliability of injectors were improved dramatically after technology optimization.
