高压共轨泵多工作段凸轮升程最大化设计

摘要 随着电控共轨系统应用的普及,需对其中的共轨泵做详细的研究,本文叙述了共轨泵供油量控制原理,分析了共轨泵凸轮及型线的特点,通过建立多工作段及多种型线凸轮的几何关系方程以及凸轮型线设计的限制条件,得到不同规格凸轮所需的过渡圆弧半径、基圆半径、凹圆弧半径、最大升程等,可为自主设计共轨泵凸轮提供帮助。 With the prevalent application of electronically controlled common-rail system, common-rail pump should be studied in de- tail. The control principle of common-rail pump' s supply fuel was described, and the characteristics of the common-rail pump' s cam and cam profile were analyzed. Through the geometrical equation of multi-lobe ,multi type profile cam, and the restricted conditions of the cam profile design, the radius of transitional arc, base circle, inner arc and the maximum stroke of different types of cams were lis- ted. It can be consulted for the design of the common-rail pump cam.
