父母教养方式对超重/肥胖青少年暴食行为的影响:自尊的中介作用

Effects of Parenting Style on Binge Eating of Overweight/Obese Adolescent: Mediating Role of Self-esteem

目的：了解超重/肥胖青少年暴食行为的现状,探索自尊及父母教养方式与暴食行为的关系。方法：采用暴食量表、自尊量表及简式父母教养方式问卷对1144名青少年进行集体施测。结果：1男生与女生在暴食行为上无显著差异（t=1.522,P〉0.05）,而超重/肥胖组比正常体重组表现出更多的暴食行为（t=2.679,P〈0.01）。2暴食与自尊及父母教养方式各维度存在显著相关（r=0.171-0.846,P〈0.01）。3自尊在父母教养方式与暴食行为之间起中介作用。结论：自尊和父母教养方式与暴食密切相关,自尊部分中介父母教养方式和暴食行为。

Objective： The current study aimed to explore the situation of binge eating IN overweight/obese adolescents, and the mediating effect of self-esteem between parenting style and binge eating. Methods： The Binge Eating Scale（BES）, the Self-esteem Scale（SES） and Short form of EMBU had been applied to 1144 adolescents. Results： （1）There were no sig- nificant gender difference in binge eating（t=l.522, P〉0.05）, while overweight/obes group reported more binge eating than normal weight group（t=-2.679, P〈0.01）. （2）There were significant correlations between binge eating, self-esteem and parent- ing style（r=0.171-0.846, P〈0.01）. （3）Self-esteem served as a mediator between parental style and binge eating. Conclu- sion： Self-esteem and parenting style are both protective factor against binge eating.
