摘要
目的:探讨职业使命感对大学生求职行为的影响机制。方法:采用职业使命感量表、求职效能感量表、情绪调节量表以及求职行为量表对802名大学生进行研究。结果:1职业使命感、求职效能感和情绪调节与求职行为显著正相关;2职业使命感、求职效能感和情绪调节会正向预测大学生求职行为;3求职效能感中介了职业使命感与大学生求职行为之间的关系;4情绪调节这一变量调节了职业使命感与大学生求职行为之间的关系。结论:职业使命感对大学生求职行为的影响是有调节的中介效应。
Objective: To explore the mechanism between calling and job-searching behavior in college students. Meth- ods: A sample of 802 college students was recruited in the study to complete calling scale, job searching self-efficacy scale, emotion regulation scale and job-searching behavior scale. Results: (1)Calling, job searching self-efficacy and emo- tion regulation were positively correlated with job-searching behavior; (2)Calling, job searching self-efficacy and emotion regulation positively predicted job-searching behavior; (3)Job searching self-efficacy mediated the effect of calling on job- searching behavior; (4)Emotion regulation moderated the effect of calling on job-searching behavior. Conclusion: The effect of calling on lob-searching behavior is moderated by emotion reulation and mediated by iob-searching self-efficacy.
