晚期胃癌患者组织中EGFR、Her-2、C-met、IGF-1R基因表达水平与病理类型和肿瘤分期的关系

The correlation of EGFR,Her-2,C-met,IGF-1R expression levels with pathological types and tumor staging in patients with advanced gastric carcinoma

目的探讨胃癌组织中EGFR、Her-2、C-met、IGF-1R基因表达水平与胃癌患者病理类型和TNM分期的关系。方法选取本院2005年9月-2014年9月行经病理确诊的晚期胃癌患者80例。采用SP法检测EGFR、Her-2、C-met、IGF-1R蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达,探讨各蛋白表达水平与胃癌病理类型及肿瘤分期的关系。结果印戒细胞患者C-met、Her-2、IGF-1R阳性率均高于低分化腺癌、管状腺癌以及乳头状腺癌患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);伴有淋巴结转移的患者C-met、EGFR、Her-2、IGF-1R阳性率高于无淋巴结转移患者,TNMⅣ期患者各基因表达阳性率均高于TNMⅢ期患者,细胞低分化患者各基因阳性表达率高于中分化、高分化患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C-met、EGFR、Her-2、IGF-1R水平与TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关,与细胞分化程度呈负相关。结论胃癌组织中EGFR、Her-2、C-met、IGF-1R基因表达水平与胃癌病理类型、胃癌的分化程度、TNM分期等因素密切相关。

Objective To explore the correlation of EGFR,Her-2,C-met,IGF-1R expression levels with pathological types and tumor staging in patients with advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods 80 patients were collected from this hospital who were pathologically diagnozed as gastric cancer during September,2005-September,2014. The expression of EGFR,Her-2,C-met and IGF-1R protein in gastric carcinoma was detected by SP method,and the relationship of the expression levels of each protein with pathological types and staging of gastric cancer was investigated. Results The positive rates of C-met,Her-2,IGF-1R in patients with signet ring cell was higher than that in low differentiated adenocarcinoma and tubular adenocarcinoma and papillary adenocarcinoma patients,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）; the positive rates of C-met,Her-2,IGF-1R in patients with with lymph node metastasis were higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis; the positive rate of gene expression in TNM Ⅳ patients was significantly higher than that in the TNM stage Ⅲpatients,and that in patients with poorly differentiated cells was higher than that in patients with medium differentiation and high differentiated patients,with the differences statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. C-met,EGFR,Her-2,IGF-1R levels were positively correlated with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,while negatively correlated with the degree of cell differentiation.Conclusion There is a great relationship between C-met,EGFR,Her-2,IGF-1R gene expression and the pathological type of gastric cancer,gastric cancer differentiation degree,TNM stage.
