2013年-2015年南京市鼓楼区公共场所公共用品卫生状况分析

Analysis of hygienic status of public commodities in public places of Gulou district,Nanjing during 2013-2015

目的了解南京市鼓楼区公共场所公共用品的卫生状况,为今后开展监测提供科学依据。方法 2013年-2015年随机抽取南京市鼓楼区5类1 416家公共场所,对其公共用品进行卫生监测。结果共监测公共场所公共用品8 252份,合格8 181份,合格率为99.14%;3年合格率呈逐年上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=51.90,P<0.05)。不同场所公共用品合格率以公共浴室类最高(99.66%),最低的为餐馆饭店类(96.55%),各类场所的合格率之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.49,P<0.05);不同种类的公共用品以卧具类的总合格率最高(99.80%),最低的为理发美容工具类(50.00%)。高合格率的茶具食具类、毛巾类、卧具类卫生合格率差异亦有统计学意义(χ2=16.25,P<0.05)。结论南京市鼓楼区各类公共场所的公共用品总体合格率较高,但应进一步加强卫生监督检测,不断提高公共用品的卫生安全性。

Objective To understand the hygienic status of public commodities in Gulou district,Nanjing,so as to provide scientific basis for monitoring. Methods During 2013-2015,1 416 units of 5 public places in Gulou district were randomly selected,and their public commodities were monitored. Results 8 181 out of 8 252 samples appliances were qualified,with total qualified rate of 99. 14%. A gradual ascending tendency of qualified rates in the 3 years was observed,with the difference statistically significant（ χ~2= 51. 90,P 〈 0. 05）. The differences in qualified rate among all places were statistically significant（ χ~2= 33. 49,P 〈 0. 05）,with that of public bathrooms（ 99. 66%） as the highest and that of restaurants（ 96. 55%） as the lowest. The total qualified rate of the bedding（ 99. 80%） was the highest,while that of the barber tools and cosmetic tools（ 50. 00%） was the lowest. The hygiene qualified rate differences among tableware,tea,towels,bedding with high qualified rate was also statistically significant（ χ~2= 16. 25,P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The qualified rate of public commodities of all kinds of public places in Gulou district is high,but it should be further strengthened to detect and improve the hygiene and safety of public commodities.
