摘要
目的了解职业健康体检人群不同年龄段、不同性别尿酸水平分布及高尿酸血症异常率比较。建立实验室参考值区间,探讨高尿酸血症的临床意义。方法选取2015年1月-12月来本所进行职业健康体检,对尿酸进行正态检验。结果男女各年龄组血清浓度水平均呈正态分布。男性尿酸浓度高于女性,差异有统计学意义(t=43.374,P〈0.01)。同年龄组间男性尿酸浓度高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。男性血尿酸异常率(28.0%)高于女性(8.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=188.82,P〈0.01)。除50岁~组之外,其他各组男女异常率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。50岁以前男性尿酸异常率高于女性,60以后女性尿酸迅速升高。结论不同性别、年龄尿酸值会有不同,应建立实验室血尿酸参考值范围。根据不同性别和年龄采用不同的诊断标准,有利于疾病的诊断与治疗。
Objective To learn about levels distribution of uric acid and comparison of the abnormal rate of hyperuricemia among people in different ages or genders who participate in professional health examination. To set up laboratory reference intervals and discuss the clinical significance of hyperuricemia. Methods The people undergoing occupational health examination during January-December,2015 in our center were selected for the normal test of uric acid. Results Normal distribution was presented in terms of blood uric acid level. The uric acid level in male was higher than that in female,with the difference statistically significant( t = 43. 374,P 〈 0. 01). Blood uric acid level in male was higher than that of female at the same age group,and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 01). The abnormal rate of serum uric acid( 28. 0%) was higher than that of female( 8. 5%),and the difference was statistically significant( χ2= 188. 82,P 〈 0. 01). In addition to the 50 years old group,the other groups were compared,and the differences on abnormal rates were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 01). The abnormal rate of uric acid in people before 50 years old was higher than that in female,and the uric acid in female after 60 years old increased rapidly. Conclusion The uric acid levels will be different due to different ages and genders,so laboratory reference ranges of serum uric acid should be established. According to different gender and age,there should be different diagnostic criteria,as it is good for the diagnosis and treatment.
