电子染色内镜技术对大肠息肉样病变诊断价值的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨电子染色技术对大肠息肉样病变的鉴别诊断价值。方法选取2014年1月‐2015年6月在该院进行结肠镜检查发现大肠息肉样病变患者228例,随机分为电子染色组及白光内镜组,将内镜诊断结果与病理组织学诊断结果进行对比分析。结果电子染色组对大肠息肉样病变诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确率分别为84.94%、89.54%和87.15%,白光内镜组对大肠息肉样病变诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确率分别为82.39%、78.13%和73.75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电子染色组的息肉样病变漏诊率低于白光内镜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着息肉样病灶增大,电子染色技术对于息肉诊断的准确率明显提高。 【Objective】To evaluate the diagnostic value of digital chromoendoscopy technique in colorectal polypoid lesions. 【Methods】A total of 228 patients examined by colonscopy in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were enrolled in this study. All patients were divided into digital chromoendoscopy group and white light endoscopy group randomly. These lesions were diagnosed by different endoscopy techniques and then assessed by histopathology.【Results】The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 84.94%, 89.54% and 87.15% in digital chromoendoscopy group and 82.39%, 78.13%, 73.75% in white light endoscopy group respectively, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】The false negative rate of polypoid lesions in digital chromoendoscopy group was lower than that in the white light endoscopy group(P〈0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of the digital chromoendoscopy technique is significantly improved as the polyps grow larger.
