摘要
按照铁路总公司的三年规划,在充分借鉴兄弟站段先进经验的基础上,兰州铁路局银川电务段初步建成了"全过程控制,集中化指挥"的电务生产调度指挥中心。自投入运用以来,在安全生产中有效发挥了安全生产信息畅通、现场作业盯控到位、应急处置快速响应、指导维修超前预防的作用。
In accordance with the 3-years plan advocated by China Railways Corporation and on the basis of the advanced experience shared by other stations and sections,the signaling maintenance and dispatching center of Yin Chuan CS Services Division in Lan Zhou Railway Bureau has been preliminarily built,which can conduct a whole process control and centralized command.After several months of practical operation,it is proved that the center has played an effective role in safety control,on-site job control in station maintenance,rapid emergency response and instruction for preventive maintenance.
