阐述了铁路信号竣工图在设备维护、确保运输安全和效率中的重要性,分析高铁和新技术发展对竣工图管理的新要求;指出当前竣工图管理存在的问题,提出了规范管理的对策。
The importance of railway signal completion drawings for equipment maintenance in ensuring the safety and efficiency of railway transportation is expounded.In addition,new management requirements of signal completion drawing on the development of high speed railway and technology are analyzed.The problems existing in the current managements of signal completion drawing are pointed out.Then it puts forward countermeasures to regularize the managements of signal completion drawing.
