摘要 假设检验是过程方法,也是一个过程的反馈信息,可以识别过程变异,及时捕捉和确定质量改进机会。运用假设检验可以掌控产品质量的在线差异,提高问题解决的敏感度和有效性,确定计数型质量控制和质量保证能力。介绍了假设检验在热处理计数型质量控制中的应用方法及其在计数型质量改进中的优势,可以解决计数型控制图灵敏度低的质量控制技术难题。 Hypothesis testing is a process approach, as well as the feedback information of the process. It can identify the process variation, also capture and make sure the quality improvement opportunity on time. Hypothesis testing can be applied to control the product quality variation on line, enhance the sensitivity and validity of problem solution, and confirm the ability of attributes quality control and quality warranty. The application method of hypothesis testing in counting-type quality control of heat treatment, and its superiority in attributes quality improvement were introduced. It could solve the technique problem of low sensitivity of attributes control chart.
