摘要
压片机模具在使用过程中发生卷边和崩裂失效。通过化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验及断口形貌分析的方法,对压片机模具的失效原因进行了分析。结果表明:压片机模具失效是由于模具原材料中的夹杂物等缺陷较多所致;建议选用合格的原材料,并对所用原材料进行质量检查。
Curling and breaking failure occurred to the tablet press dies during the process of using. The failure reasons of the tablet press dies were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, metallographic examination and fracture morphology analysis. The results show that the failure of the tablet press dies was caused by amounts of inclusions and other defects in the raw material of dies. Improvement measures were suggested that qualified raw materials should be selected and quality inspection should be done to the raw materials.
