摘要
在汽车右纵梁的制造过程中,发现某一右纵梁冲压后一侧出现开裂。通过断口分析、能谱分析、金相检验、化学成分分析的方法,对钢板开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:钢板开裂处超尺寸非金属夹杂物较多导致钢板分层,破坏了钢板基体的连续性,降低了钢板的承载能力,从而导致钢板在冲压后出现开裂。
During the manufacturing process of automobile right longitudinal beams, cracks appeared on one side of a right longitudinal beam after stamping. By means of fracture analysis, energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination and chemical composition analysis, the cracking reasons of the steel plate were analyzed. The results indicate that amounts of oversize non-metallic inclusions existing in the cracking position resulted in the steel plate laminating, which destroyed the continuity of the steel plate matrix, reduced the bearing capacity of the steel plate, and finally resulted in the cracking of the steel plate after stamping.
