摘要
在动力电芯检测中,大量应用X射线图像边缘检测技术,且在X射线检测技术中该技术起着关键性作用。针对动力电芯X射线图像的边缘检测技术做了深入分析与研究,结合X射线成像特征,提出了十邻域边缘检测算法,解决了传统边缘检测算法提取锂电芯X射线图像时边缘不连续的问题。根据大量检测数据得知,X射线图像的边缘算法能准确地从较复杂的噪声图像中提取有效的边缘信息,并最大限度地抑制了伪边缘的产生。
In power batteries detection,edge detection technology has found a lot of applications,and plays an important role in the X-Ray inspection technology.In this paper,an in-depth analysis and research was undertaken for the edge detection of power battery X-Ray image,and the ten-neighborhood edge detection algorithm was hence proposed.The algorithm solved X-Ray image broken edges by the traditional edge detection algorithms.According to a large number of data it is proven that our algorithm can accurately extract valid edge from much image noise and reduce the generation of pseudo edges.The algorithm has strong adaptability in the X-Ray image detection.
