摘要
在飞机发动机大修故障检查期间,对某三级盘焊接组合件进行荧光渗透检测时,发现该零件表面无法被荧光渗透液完全润湿。通过对比试验,找出了适合该组合件的表面清理方法——塑料喷丸,使荧光渗透液能完全润湿,保证了零件的荧光渗透检测质量。
While doing aero-engine overhaul malfunction checking,one third stage plate welding assembly surface is failed to be wetted utterly.In this article,we did comparison experiment and tried to find methods that were suitable for the welding assembly parts surface cleaning to assure the inspections quality of the components on while fluorescent penetrant inspection.
