Research on the Extended Services of Heilongjiang Library in the Information Age

延伸服务是公共图书馆服务体系中的重要组成部分,图书馆工作人员有必要对此展开深入探究。阐释了我国公共图书馆延伸服务的3个层面——服务空间、服务对象及服务内容,分析了信息化时代黑龙江省图书馆延伸服务在这3个层面上取得的成效及存在的问题,提出了提升黑龙江省图书馆延伸服务水平的对策与建议。

The extended service is an important part of public library service system, and it is necessary for library staff to conduct an in-depth study on it. This paper expounds three aspects of the extended services of public libraries in China, that are the service space, service object and service content, analyzes the obtained effects and existing problems of Heilongjiang Library＇s extended services in these three aspects in the information age, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on upgrading the level of Heilongjiang Library＇ s extended services.
