摘要
目的探讨透明质酸钠配合微针刀及手法拉伸治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的方法和临床疗效。方法选取自2014年9月至2015年9月沈阳军区总医院中医软伤科收治的KOA患者156例,按随机数字表分法分为观察组(52例)、对照A组(52例)及对照B组(52例)。观察组患者采用透明质酸钠配合微针刀和手法拉伸,对照A组采用透明质酸钠配合微针刀治疗,对照B组采用透明质酸钠配合手法拉伸治疗,比较3组患者1个疗程后的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.2%,对照A组有效率为80.8%,对照B组有效率为73.1%,对照A组及B组与观察组临床治疗有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸钠配合微针刀和手法拉伸可以通过改善关节腔内外环境、消除局部应力、恢复细胞通路和局部生物平衡促进关节腔吸收透明质酸钠,是临床治疗KOA的有效方法。
Objective To explore the treatment methods and clinical effect of knee osteoarthritis( KOA) through sodium hyaluronate technique combined with micro-needle knife and stretching treatment. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 156 KOA patients received in the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command from September 2014 to September 2015. Patients were randomly divided into the observation group( n = 52),the control group A( n = 52) and the control group B( n = 52). Patients in the observation group were treated by sodium hyaluronate technique combined with micro-needle knife and stretching treatment,patients in the control group A were treated by sodium hyaluronate technique combined with micro-needle knife and patients in the control group B were treated with sodium hyaluronate technique combined with stretching treatment. The three groups were compared after one course of clinical curative effect. Results The effective rate in the observation group was 96. 2%,in the control group A was 80. 8% and in the control group B was 73. 1%. The clinical effects in the control group A and group B were compared,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of KOA through sodium hyaluronate technique combined with micro-needle knife and stretching treatment,micro-needle had marked effect by improving the intra-articular internal and external environment,eliminating local stress and recovering the transportation and partial biological balance.
