摘要
以邵武市创新民生"110"的具体实践为例,探索邵武市从"维稳"到"服务"的社会治理和公共服务新模式,总结其创新的经验做法,并就进一步完善社会治理和公共服务进行探讨,以期实现社会治理体系的现代化和公共服务良性互动。
Taking the specific practice of innovating people＇s livelihood ＂ 110＂ of Shaowu city in Fujian province for example,this paper explores the new model of the social governance and public service form maintain stability to service,generalizes the experience of innovation and probes into the perfection of the social governance and public service in the hope of realizing the good interaction between modernization of the social governance system and public service.
