摘要
从建构主义理论学习环境营造出发,对人力资源管理课程的培养目标、特征及存在的问题进行了分析,讨论了建构主义的本质特征、优势和引入人力资源管理课程的科学性,基于建构主义理论探索了人力资源管理课程的教学模式改革与再设计,最后提出了探究式人力资源管理课程学习环境建设的措施。
Starting from the building of the constructivism learning environment,this paper analyzed the training objectives,characteristics and the problems in the teaching of the professional course of Human Resources Management,and discussed the essential characteristics and advantages of constructivism and the scientific nature of introducing the professional course of human resources management.Based on constructivism theory,it explored the teaching modes of the professional course of human resource management and finally put forward some measures of building the inquiry learning environment.
