摘要
互联网改变了大学生价值观的生成方式,信息传播方式的多元和快捷对大学生价值观产生了直接而深刻的影响,而师生关系因素对大学生的影响在某种程度上被干扰和代替。实证研究显示,师生因素在大学生价值观生成中具有直接作用。这种师生因素的有效培育可通过将抽象化理论教育与具象化教育有机结合,克服师生疏远、加强师生交流互动,从而培育教师的知、情、意、行在大学生价值观生成中的直接优势。
Internet age has been changing the generation way of the college students values. The pluralism and quick information dis- semination have a direct and profound impact on the college students'values, and in some way, the teacher -student relationship is dis- turbed and replaced. The empirical research shows that the teacher - student relationship plays a direct role in the generation of college students'values. The factor such teacher- student relationship can be effectively fostered by combining the abstract concept with con- crete experiences, and overcoming the alienation between teachers and students and strengthening teacher - student interaction so that teachers'knowledge, feelings, ideas and behavior have direct influence on the formation of college students values.
