The pluralism and quick information dis- semination have a direct and profound impact on the college students＇values, and in some way, the teacher -student relationship is dis- turbed and replaced. The empirical research shows that the teacher - student relationship plays a direct role in the generation of college students＇values. The factor such teacher- student relationship can be effectively fostered by combining the abstract concept with con- crete experiences, and overcoming the alienation between teachers and students and strengthening teacher - student interaction so that teachers＇knowledge, feelings, ideas and behavior have direct influence on the formation of college students values.
