坑道钻机涂装工艺改造及关键技术分析

摘要 为适应市场竞争对钻机涂装工艺进行改造,首先提出适合钻机作业环境的涂装参数,再对设备涂装工艺进行改造。分析了改造的关键技术、关键参数及对涂装设备的技术要求,结合煤矿井下设备作业环境,通过钻机涂装工艺改进设计、涂装设备选配设计和油漆的检测,完善了钻机的涂装工艺并更新了设备,提高了坑道钻机的外观质量和市场竞争力。 In order to adapt to market competition,reform of the coating process for drilling rig was carried out. Firstly,coating parameters suitable for the working environment of drilling rigs were proposed. And then the coating process was modified. In this paper,key technologies and key parameters of the reform and the technical requirements of the coating equipments were analyzed. Combining with the working environment of coal mine equipment and through the improvement design of the drilling rig coating process,matching design of the coating equipments as well as the paint testing,coating process for drilling rig was improved,equipments were updated,and the appearance quality along with the market competitiveness of tunnel drilling rig was raised.
