政务信息资源价值体现在电子政务绩效、系统和服务等过程中。通过对相关电子政务建设和服务的评价方法与测度模型梳理,发现在评价方法研究方面主要从政府绩效和社会应用两方面进行;在测度模型方面的研究主要从情报学、经济学、公共管理和信息技术等学科角度构建测度模型。这些方法与模型一方面将政务信息资源价值的测度蕴含其中,另一方面也为其独立测度提供了路径、模式和视角等方面的启示。

The value of government information resources is reflected in e-government performance, systems and services. Through evaluating the methods and models of e-government construction and services, we found the methods study are mainly from the application of government performance and social aspects. The study of the model, mainly from information science, economics, public administration and information disciplinary perspective and other technical measures to build the model. These methods and models on the one hand to measure the value of government information resources, on the other hand also provides inspiration for independent measurement path, pattern and perspective and so on.
