摘要
文章通过文献调研和案例分析等研究方法,对国外图书馆的3D打印服务研究及实践进展进行了调研及分析,研究表明:图书馆引入3D打印服务具有重要意义;图书馆3D打印服务分为自助型、引导型和依托型等3种模式;规划与实施内容包括设备引入及管理、营销及宣传推广、成本控制、员工培训、用户教育、健康与安全维护、用户行为规范以及服务评价;图书馆应当制定服务条款和关注版权问题;招募学生助理、构建3D模型库、实行预约制度是值得借鉴的优化策略。
This paper interprets the current situation of library 3D printing service abroad, with a view to providing a useful reference for the development and improvement of library 3D printing service in China. It discusses the situation from five aspects based on the methods of literature research and case study. The study shows that it is of great practical significance to implement 3D printing services in the library, the levels of library 3D printing service appear to fit into three categories: self-service, mediated service and space-based service. The contents of planning and implementation include equipment selection and management, promotion and outreach, costs and charges, staff training, user education, health and safety issues, user behavior ruling, and service evaluation. Library should develop related service provision and pay attention to copyright issues. The optimization strategies include recruiting student assistant, constructing3 D model repository and implementing booking system.
