摘要
目的:探讨PBL+PLTL教学模式在妇产科临床教学中的应用成效。方法:选择2009级临床医学专业152名实习生作为研究对象,实验组76名学生采用PBL+PLTL教学,对照组76名学生采用PBL教学,分析、比较两组学生理论成绩、综合能力水平测试结果,同时采用调查问卷了解学生对两种教学方法的满意度。结果:实验组学生的妇产科专业理论成绩、综合能力水平测试结果均优于对照组,问卷调查结果显示PBL+PLTL教学有很高的满意度。结论:PBL+PLTL新型教学模式提高了教学效果,值得推广。
Objective: To assess the outcomes of integral application of problem-based learning( PBL) and peer-led team learning( PLTL) models to teaching students in obstetrics and genecology.Methods: 152 undergraduates( majoring clinical medicine,enrolled in 2009) were recruited,and allocated to experimental group( n = 76,taught with PBL+PLTL) and control group( n = 76,taught with PBL). The outcomes were evaluated in two groups concerning the improvement in theory proficiency and comprehensive clinical performance.A questionnaire was carried out to survey the stultification with either of the teaching model from students.Results: Students in the experimental group had better improvement in theory proficiency and integral clinical performance than those in control group,and showed higher satisfaction with PBL+PLTL models.Conclusion: PBL+PLTL may better improve the teaching results,and is worthy of wider application in medical teaching.
