Relation between teaching and scientific research in newly established universities

新建本科院校由于其办学时间短,科研基础薄弱,围绕应用型创新人才培养的办学定位,应正确处理好教学与科研的关系,积极强化高校的科研功能,通过科研来带动教学质量提高,发挥教学与科研相结合的优势,使其渗透到学科建设、教研基地建设、师资队伍建设等环节之中,最终服务于人才培养这一中心任务,促进高校健康、持续发展。

The relation between teaching and scientific research should be handled correctly to culture applied innovative tal-ents,owing to the short running time and weak capability of scientific research in these universities.The capability of scientif-ic research should be developed greatly,which in turn to improve the quality of teaching.The advantages of the combination of teaching and scientific research should be developed to the full in running processes,i.e.subject construction,teaching and research base construction,and teaching staff construction.Finally,all works should be served for talent culturing,thereby maintain the sustainable and healthy development of the newly established universities.
