摘要 钢铁样品经盐酸-硝酸(3+1)混合酸溶解后,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品溶液中磷的含量。磷在适宜的乙炔-空气火焰中可形成PO双原子分子,选择测定波长为327.04nm。磷的质量浓度在1.0g·L-1以内与其吸光度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s)为0.001g·L-1。方法应用于钢铁标准物质(YSBC 20310-2002,GBW 01312)的分析,测定值与认定值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)小于4%。 Steel sample was dissolved in mixed acid of HCl-HNO3 (3+1), and content of phosphorus in the sample solution was determined by FAAS, based on the fact that in an appropriate acetylene-air flame, diatomic molecule of PO is formed, and its concentration determined at the selected wavelength of 327.04 nm. Linear relationship between values of absorbance and mass concentration of phosphorus was obtained within 1.0 g·L^-1, with detection limit (3s) of 0.001 g·L^-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of 2 certified reference materials of steel (YSBC 20310-2002, GBW 01312), giving results in consistency with the certified values, and values of RSD′s (n=5) found were less than 4%.
