电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定纯铼中痕量的铝、镉、铜、镁、锰和钛 被引量:9

摘要 纯铼样品5.000g用硝酸(1+1)溶液溶解,加水定容至50mL。采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定其中痕量的铝、镉、铜、镁、锰和钛,选择的分析谱线依次为394.401,326.105,327.396,280.270,279.827,337.280nm。上述元素的质量分数均在0.000 05%~0.001%之间与其发射强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限在0.000 15~0.002 1mg·L^-1之间。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在78.0%~122%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.0%~30%之间。 5.000 g of the sample was dissolved with HNO3 (1+1) solution and the solution was diluted to 50 mL with water. Trace amounts of Al, Cd, Cu, Mg, Mn and Ti in the solution were determined by ICP-AES. Analytical spectral lines of 394.401, 326.105, 327.396, 280.270, 279.827, 337.280 nm were chosen for the determination of the 6 elements respectively. Linear relationships between values of emission intensity and mass fraction of the elements were obtained in the same range of 0.000 05%-0.001%, with detection limits in the range of 0.000 15-0.002 1 mg·L^-1. On the base of blank sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 78.0%-122%, with RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 2.0%-30%.
