摘要
随着我国老龄化社会程度的加深,一方面高龄、失能老人不断增加,另一方面老年人的康复护理和医疗保健等需求日益凸显,导致老年人对医疗的需求与政府的养老医疗供给能力之间的差异问题。因此,在我国医改政策积极倡导"医养融合"背景下,进行社区医疗机构与养老机构联动模式研究是个重要议题。通过文献回顾,对国外、国内在社区医疗机构与养老机构联动模式研究理论进行梳理,结合我国现况,总结指出研究成果上的不足,并进行未来研究展望。
With the deepening of aging society in my country,on one hand,number of the elderly and the disabled elderly continues to increase,on the other hand,needs of rehabilitation and nursing care for the elderly are becoming more urgent,resulting in the gap between the demand for medical service to the elderly and the provision of nursing care by Chinese government.So it is very important to review the theory of integration model for community-based health center and the elderly nursing care home in the environment of active promotion of＂medical and old-age care fusion＂in Chinese medical reform policy.This paper attempts to conducts a systematic review of the research progress on the theory of integration model for community-based health center and the elderly nursing care home at home and abroad,finding the deficiencies in the current theory,giving some suggestion about how to put forward and prospect the research.
