安徽省某三级综合医院医务人员对患者安全文化认知现状研究

Study on Patients' safety Culture Cognition of Medical Staff in 3A Hospital,Anhui

目的:了解医务人员对患者安全文化认知的情况,为持续改善患者安全提供依据。方法:对全院医务人员发放"医院患者安全文化调查表(HSOPS)",计算量表各维度的同意率情况。结果:共有1185名医务人员参与本调查,科内团队合作、组织学习与持续改进、对错误的反馈与沟通、管理者促进安全的期望与行动、对患者安全的总体感觉这5个维度同意率均大于70%,为优势领域。在过去的12个月内,66.02%的员工表示从未上报过不良事件。结论:该院医务人员对患者安全文化认知情况较好,但是在不良事件上报、跨科室沟通合作以及人员负荷等方面还需继续改进。

Objective To understand the medical staffs＇ recognition of patients＇ safety culture and to provide reference for continuously improvement of patients＇ safety.Methods All medical staffs were investigated by Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Scale and calculated the agreement rate of each dimension of the scale.Results Totally 1185 medical staffs were participated in this study.The dimension of ＂Teamwork within the units＂,＂Organization leaning-continuous improvement＂,＂Feedback communication about error＂,＂Supervisor / manager expectation actions promoting patient safety ＂were the safety culture area with higher agreement rates.In the last 12 months,66.02% of medical staffs said they never reported adverse events.Conclusion Medical staffs in this hospital have the overall positive patients＇ safety culture.However,adverse events report,communication and teamwork between different units,personnel＇s workload and some other areas still need to be continuously improved.
