国内外高校健康管理学科建设给我国的启示

Enlightenment from the discipline construction of health management in colleges at home and abroad

随着经济的快速发展、人们物质生活水平的提高、疾病谱和医学模式的转变、国家政策的支持等因素大大推动了近年来健康服务业的快速发展,但我国健康管理学科建设尚处于起步阶段,学科定位、课程设置、教材体系和师资队伍等都有待进一步系统化和规范化。文章旨在客观对比国内外高校健康管理学科建设现状,全面结合我国健康服务业蓬勃发展的大背景,为建设中国特色的健康管理学科体系建言献策。

With the rapid development of economy,improvement of people＇s living standard,change of the disease spectrum and medical model,and support from the national policy,the rapid development of health service industry has been greatly promoted in recent years.But the discipline construction of health management is still in the initial stage in China,of which the subject orientation,course setting,teaching material system and teaching staffs need to be further systematized and professionalized. Based on comparative research of the status of discipline construction of health management in colleges at home and abroad,and combined with the background of China＇s health services industry,some suggestions were put forward to establish health management subject system with Chinese characteristics.
