癌症患者难以告知的原因分析和对策

The Analysis of the Causes and Countermeasures of Informed Consent on Cancer Patients

知情同意作为基本伦理的准则之一,已经得到国内外医护人员、患者和患者家属的认可。在我国由于受到社会文化、传统思想、伦理学等因素的影响,癌症患者知情同意的开展仍然存在一定的阻力。如何在医疗实践中履行疾病告知的义务,又避免对患者产生不利后果,文章就癌症患者难以告知的原因进行分析,并提出告知的策略、方法,以期充分发挥患者知情同意的实质和根本功能。

As one of the basic ethics,Informed Consent has been recognized by medical staffs,patients and family members.But there is still resistance in conducting cancer patients＇ informed consent because of influence on social culture,traditional ideas and ethics in our country.Not only fulfill the obligation of disease inform in medical practice but also avoid adverse consequences for patients.The article analyses the reason of difficulty to inform cancer patients,and present the methods and strategies of informing in order to play an important role in Informed Consent.
