摘要
为探究酯类乳液组成对乳液性能的影响,以月桂酸聚氧乙烯酯(LAE-9)和聚乙二醇二油酸酯(DQA)作为乳化剂,以油酸酯QA(简称Q)为平滑剂制备了Q质量分数为30%以上的纺丝油剂乳液体系,并对其乳液粒径、浊度和润湿性能进行了研究。结果表明:在不同乳化剂配比下,随Q含量的增大,相应制得的乳液粒径逐渐减小,达到最小值后突然增大;亲油乳化剂DQA的比例越大,出现最小粒径的Q浓度越大;乳液浊度与平均粒径大小呈正相关,即粒径越大,浊度越大;乳液浓度存在一临界值,小于此临界浓度时,乳液在丙纶表面的接触角随乳液浓度的增大而迅速减小,超过此浓度后,乳液浓度对接触角的影响变小,并且Q含量的增大和乳化剂亲水亲油平衡值的增大均会导致乳液润湿性变差。
To explore the effect of the composition on the properties of ester emulsion , a series of spinning oil emulsions were prepared by taking lauric acid polyoxyethylene esters (LAE-9) and polyethylene oleic acid diester (DQA) as the emulsifier and more than 30%oleic acid ester QA ( Q) as the lubricant by mass fraction .The emulsion particle size , turbidity and wettability of the spinning oil emulsion were measured .The results showed that the particle size of emulsion was gradually decreased to a mini-mum value and then was suddenly increased with the increase of Q content at different emulsifier composition ;morever, the grea-ter the proportion of the lipophilic emulsifier DQA , the higher the Q concentration corresponding to the minimum emulsion parti-cle size;there is a positive correlation between the emulsion turbidity and average particle size , namely the bigger the emulsion particle size, the greater the turbidity of emulsion;the emulsion concentration had a critical value;the contact angle of the emul-sion on the surface of polypropylene fiber decreased rapidly while increasing the emulsion concentration below the critical value , and the emulsion concentration gave a slighter effect on the contact angle and the growth of Q content and hydrophilic -lipophilic balance of the emulsifier caused the wettability of the emulsion to decrease when the emulsion concentration exceeded the critical value.
