摘要
综述了近年来国内外超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维表面改性的研究进展,介绍了UHMWPE纤维表面改性方法主要包括等离子体改性、辐照接枝改性、化学氧化改性、仿生修饰改性、表面偶联剂处理、电晕处理等,这些改性方法各有其优缺点,建议将上述两种或多种方法进行结合,在保证UHMWPE纤维原有优异性能的基础上,以使UHMWPE纤维获得最佳表面性能。
The research progress in the surface modification of ultra-high relative molecular mass polyethylene ( UHMWPE) fi-ber was reviewed in the latest years .The surface modification techniques for UHMWPE fiber were introduced , including plasma modification , irradiation graft modification , chemical oxidation modification , biomimetic modification , surface coupling modifica-tion, electronic corona modification .These techniques had different advantages and disadvantages .It was suggested that multiple modification techniques should be combined to contribute the optimal surface properties to UHMWPE fibers without loss of the other excellent properties .
