摘要
以Φ339.7 mm×13.06 mm规格TP140V套管为研究对象,采用三点弯曲试验测得套管裂纹试样的裂纹尖端张开位移,分析了裂纹扩展阻力曲线及其特征值,确定了该套管的理论裂纹扩展条件。结果发现:该套管管体与接箍的试验测得CTOD值都大于理论值,说明该套管的断裂韧性满足现场特定工况要求。
Taking the Φ339.7 mmx13.06 mm TP140V casing as a study object, the crack tip opening displacement of the casing crack specimen is measured by the three point bending test. Analyzed are the crack propagation resistance curve and its characteristic values, and so determined are the theoretical conditions for crack propagation of the casing. It is found that the CTOD values of both the casing body and the coupling measured in the test are higher than the theoretical values, which indicates that the fracture toughness of the casing can meet the specific field working condition.
