摘要
高效的电池热管理系统能够为电池组提供舒适的工作温度范围,对于保证电池的电化学性能、一致性和安全性具有重要的作用,因此是新能源汽车发展的关键技术。文章重点首先空冷技术为研究对象,分析空冷技术类别、建立强迫空冷四大模型、提出空冷关键技术与设计原则,然后建立空冷设计模型,最后以某混合动力汽车为实例对空冷技术应用进一步研究。
Battery thermal management system(BTMS) can ensure the battery pack in a comfortable environment by tightly structure and efficiency heat dissipation, and it is very important for battery chemistry performance, uniformity and security. Battery thermal management technology is the key role on new energy vehicle. This paper firstly analysis the types of air cooling technology, secondly establish four models on forced air cooling, and then propose the main point and design principle, thirdly establish air-cooling design model. Finally, this paper gives an example of hybrid vehicle for further study.
